SSML Internazionale University was founded by IPSEF, the Institute for the Promotion and Development of Education and Training, in agreement with the Online University Giustino Fortunato.

The main aim is to provide students with advanced language skills, also from the translation point of view, in two foreign languages (CEFR C1 level), together with the study of their cultures and literatures.

The Degree Course aims to train professional figures with high competence in the field of international communication, opening the doors to a wide range of career opportunities, including public or private institutions.

Educational Offer
SSML Internazionale is authorized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research to provide a three-year Bachelor’s Degree course in “Language Mediation” (180 ECTS); the syllabus includes two compulsory foreign languages (English and French) and a third language to be chosen between Spanish and German.
The educational offer includes two study courses: Business & Law and Tourism.

The lessons are held in the following teaching modes: face-to face teaching (lectures L), practical exercises (EX), Workshops (W) and seminars, favoring an interactive communication.

Available courses

In relation to the object we inform you that the course is divided into two distinct curricula: economic-
legal and tourism and it aims to train professionals with a high level of competence in the field of:

– international communications in public or private administrations,
– international institutions, research and study bodies, –
– non-governmental institutions and bodies,
– national and international companies, and the information and tourism sectors.

Main professional goals related SSML courses:
– Linguistic operators for information and communication in tourism or business economics;
– Linguistic mediators in corporate communication, in the sale and promotion of tourist, cultural and
commercial products;
– Experts in the external relations of territorial promotion bodies, territorial tourist offices, consortia for the
promotion of Made in Italy (fashion, design, luxury and food and wine);
– Linguistic experts in the import-export field of internationalised or multinational companies;
– Operators in airline, ship and yachting companies (on board or in public relations offices);
– Operators in international tour operators, social media management agencies or companies specialising
in conference tourism;
– Experts in international external relations, customer care office, media relations, marketing and
communication office;
– Linguistic and intercultural mediators;
– Operators in companies or international bodies, NGOs and international cooperation organisations;
– Linguistic experts and translators in institutional contexts (public administration, local authorities, etc.) and
in national and international organisations;
– Specialised interpreters and translators.
